This past spring, the AI-predicted harvest time for a specific variety of Coptis chinensis (Huanglian) was one week earlier than the traditional experiential judgment. Subsequent testing revealed that its key medicinal component content actually reached a peak level in recent years.
The intelligentization of operations has also driven innovation in management models. Youyoucao integrated data from production, processing, inventory, and multi-channel sales to build a business intelligence analysis platform. AI sales forecasting models can dynamically suggest production and stockpiling plans for various products based on seasonality, market trends, and historical sales data, reducing inventory backlog and accelerating capital turnover. Youyoucao's exploration in the Hubei-Chongqing border area provides a pragmatic model for small and medium-sized traditional enterprises embracing AI. It does not tell a story of disruption but focuses on the most fundamental business imperatives: cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement.
